Frederick Duncan Michael Haldane (born 14 September 1951) is a British physicist and the Sherman Fairchild University Professor of Physics at Princeton University. He is a co-recipient of the 2016 Nobel Prize in Physics, sharing it with David J. Thouless and J. Michael Kosterlitz.
